OtrAviCutToMp4 must be run from the command line.

Currently only a command line interface is available. OtrAviCutToMp4 is started with Please look at the Wiki for all options.

You can create the required config file with -createConfig, in the next run you may want to create the required directories with -createDirs

Existing (already cut) MP4 files can be renamed with a proposed filename of a selected cutlist.
